the HR Department initiates a detailed plan of action for
implementing various suggestions and taking care of issues
raised by employees. Subjective and objective methods for
performance appraisals, reviews of appraisals and career planning
of employees are also undertaken here.
These processes help improve not only the performance but
also the motivation levels of the employees. We endeavor to
make our work force realize that we play to win. We need to
reach deep within ourselves, realize our full potential and
work along these lines rather than resort to playing dirty.
For ultimately, we compete with ourselves.
In sync with the professional aspect is the aspect of fun.
That is, we also look beyond work. We have our share of parties,
picnics, celebrations, and general fun and games, both for
the employee and the families of the employees. This cuts
across hierarchies and further cements the bonds between the
employee and the Company.
